Vacancy - Receptionist


We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Perform basic accounting duties as instructed by the Finance Manager
  • Perform basic sales duties as instructed by the Head of Design and Operations
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Vacancy - Signage/Vinyl Installers


We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking signage installer to join our team. You will play an important role in the installation of our diverse product range directly into the businesses of our clients.

No two projects are the same, which is why you will need to be versatile and highly skilled to deliver exceptional standards of workmanship for all installations including signage, illuminated signage, vinyl graphics to name a few.

Applicants must have experience of the following:

  • Installation of Small / Medium /Large Signage

  • Vinyl installation to different surfaces

  • Be able to use a range of power tools

  • Taking detailed measurements

  • Able to fit signage that has built up letters / fret cut letters

Vacancy - Large Format Printer & Finisher


We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced large format production all-rounder to join ourTeam. You will play an important role in the production of our diverse product range directly into the businesses of our clients.

Working closely with all members of the Production Team the role involves all aspects of Sign Manufacture & Production.

The Production Operative works according to guidance set out by the Operations Manager.

It is important to be able to produce all work in the most time efficient & cost-effective way possible. This must be done through constant monitoring and updating of in-house Systems & Procedures.

The role is mainly Workshop based however there maybe occasional requirement for Site Work.

Please only apply if you have the following skill set:

  • Experience of operating large format printers. Ideally HP Latex printers.
  • Experience of large format finishing machinery such as Laser cutter, Plotters, Laminators.
  • Experience of sign fabrication machines such as CNC Routers will be considered an asset.
  • Vinyl application experience is desired.

  • To manage and execute short and long term development activities according to plan.

  • To ensure that all assigned work is delivered in a timely manner and all associated requirements, objectives and targets are fully met.

  • To ensure good communication with and appropriate involvement of other R&D functions

  • To liaise with plant personnel and provide technical support and assistance to resolve production and quality issues.

  • To be responsible for the provision of formulations and aid in the scaling up of new products.

  • To liaise with customers, suppliers, trade associations etc., to maintain knowledge and understanding of the field and to represent the company technically.

  • To perform any other tasks reasonably requested to meet team and business objectives.
